Prophets - Ascend Higher! Access the Secrets and Council of God!
"Then as I looked, I saw a door standing open in Heaven, and the same voice I had heard before spoke to me like a trumpet blast. The voice said, 'Come up here, and I will show you what must happen after this.'" (Revelation 4:1 NLT)
On the morning of 8/3/21, I had a dream where I was part of a "class" of prophets that were graduating to a new level of access. Some of the prophets I recognized and were known voices who had moved into a new place. It reminded me of going to college and moving into the dorms. We were in a service receiving impartation and getting touched by the presence of God.
Into the War Room
Suddenly, I found myself at an open door, and the other prophets and I were invited into the war room or the council room of Heaven. It was high-level, top security clearance and personnel only. There were military personnel, angels of different ranks, bustling around with files and papers, getting work done.
I saw different nations on the wall with all their info and stats listed. Each of the prophets there were assigned to different nations and different issues going on in the world. It was our assignment to pray, govern, and delegate heavenly solutions and strategies over these nations and world issues.
A Time of Transition and the Changing of the Guard
In the Body of Christ we are in a time of transition and the changing of the guard concerning the prophetic. I believe this dream is showing the next class of voices God is establishing and calling into His council.
An Invitation to Come Up Higher
As I stepped into the doors of the war room of Heaven, I was reminded of Revelation 4:1, where the apostle John saw a door open and was invited to come up higher. I believe the Lord is releasing an invitation to His prophets in this hour to come up higher. There's a fresh perspective He is imparting and a maturing that He is putting a demand on as we ascend higher. He wants to reveal His secrets and plans to His prophets (Amos 3:7) so that we can partner with the Spirit of God and can see those things come forth in the earth. Psalm 2:8-9 TPT declares, "Ask Me to give you the nations and I will do it, and they shall become your legacy. Your domain will stretch to the ends of the earth. And you will shepherd them with unlimited authority, crushing their rebellion as an iron rod smashes jars of clay!" Let us get bold in asking. The nations need the prophetic voice of the Lord. Prophets, let us be found in the council of the Lord and not in the council of the ungodly (Psalm 1). To ascend higher in the realm of the spirit, to access the secrets and council of God, purity is required.
Psalm 24:3-4 CSB, "Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in His holy place? The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not appealed to what is false, and who has not sworn deceitfully." This is our standard we must live and abide by. The Lord is calling His prophets up higher. There is an open-door invitation (Revelation 4:1). Who is willing to come higher?
