Prophetic Dream Of Things To Come & How to Navigate The Times We’re In

This morning 1/16/21 I was taken into a type of encounter I don’t normally have. In the dream I was given operation binoculars. As I looked into the binoculars, it was like I was peering into time or into the future. I was walking through the streets of a city, when the events on a TV caught my attention. These were events to come. As the events were happening I began to prophesy and announce to anyone who would listen, “This is biblical prophesy being fulfilled, this is biblical prophesy being fulfilled, this is biblical prophecy being fulfilled.” I kept declaring that to get the attention of whosoever would listen, and then I woke up.
We are living in unprecedented times. When we stepped into 2020 we stepped into a new age, time, and dispensation. The books of Heaven have opened to a new place that we are now starting to live out. The Lord prompted me to read Matthew 24:3-8 TPT, “Later, when they arrived at the Mount of Olives, his disciples came privately to where he was sitting and said, “Tell us, when will these things happen? And what supernatural sign should we expect to signal your coming and the completion of this age?” Jesus answered, “At that time deception will run rampant. So beware that you are not fooled! For many will appear on the scene claiming my authority or saying about themselves, ‘I am God’s Anointed,’ and they will lead many astray. “You will hear of wars nearby and revolutions on every side, with more rumors of wars to come. Don’t panic or give in to your fears, for the breaking apart of the world’s systems is destined to happen. But it won’t yet be the end; it will still be unfolding. “Nations will go to war against each other and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be terrible earthquakes—seismic events of epic proportion, horrible epidemics and famines in place after place. This is how the first contractions and birth pains of the new age will begin!”
As a child I remember hearing “Jesus is coming back give your life to God, so you don’t want to miss the rapture.” Even as a child I was intrigue about the things to come. I remember reading the Left Behind Series to get some type of context of what things could look like in the future. I believe we have stepped into a time where we’re going to be begin to see the things of the Book of Daniel, What Jesus shared in the gospels, and what John experienced in Revelation. We are in exciting and unprecedented times. We’re going to being to live out what has been prophesied in the Bible. To some that statement may bring fear. It’s not my intention to bring fear, but to announce and ready believers.
This is not the time to shrink back in fear. These are the greatest days for believers to live in. The Kingdom of God is going to manifest and be put on display in measures we not seen. Through dreams that I’ve had over the past year, we’re going to see an acceleration and advancement in artificial intelligence, dna manipulation, psychological and biological warfare. What we thought was something that was regulated to the movies, we’re going to being to see in the natural. We’re going to see the rise and fall of nations, world systems dismantled, and new ones emerge, weather and earth events. As we’ve seen in 2020, the Church especially in America is being to see a persecution we’ve not experienced before. Be encouraged, as the persecution and opposition increases, so does the glory and power of God. Jesus told the disciples this in Matthew 24:9-14 TPT, “You can expect to be persecuted, even killed; for you will be hated by all the nations because of your love for me. Then many will stop following me and fall away, and they will betray one another and hate one another. And many lying prophets will arise, deceiving multitudes and leading them away from the path of truth. There will be such an increase of sin and lawlessness that those whose hearts once burned with passion for God and others will grow cold. But keep your hope to the end and you will experience life and deliverance. “Yet through it all, this joyful assurance of the realm of heaven’s kingdom will be proclaimed all over the world, providing every nation with a demonstration of the reality of God. And after this the end of this age will arrive.”
The enemy knows his time is short so, he is trying to accelerate and move the times and seasons ahead (Daniel 7:25). As believers, it’s important to not get caught up in the commotion and chaos of our nation and events in the world. The earth is waiting for manifestations of the sons and daughters of God. We must remember the battle that is raging is not against flesh, but against spiritual powers (Ephesians 6). The intensity of personal, corporate, world warfare is increasing. We need the wisdom of God to battle and navigate these times. As we rise up as believers and discern his tactics we can slow down the enemy from prematurely accelerating events.
As events and biblical prophecy begins to take place how does one navigate these times. I believe Jesus left us with some some powerful insight in how to do this.
1. Guard against deception
Deception is not something new but it’s something that is rising at an alarming rate. It’s so important to know the Word of God and be able hear and discern the voice of God for yourself. There is an attack on minds like never before, causing many to be double minded and take the bait of deception and lies. Double mindedness opens the door to deception. Monitor your ear and eye gates, what you see and hear will influence you. Ask for the Spirit of Truth to be released in your life. Hide the Word of God in your heart like never before. The more you know the Word the more you’re able to properly discern.
2. Keep your heart tender
Jesus said in Matthew 24:12, “There will be such an increase of sin and lawlessness that those whose hearts once burned with passion for God and others will grow cold.” I encourage you as things intensify, don’t let your heart harden and grow cold. Don’t let circumstances cause you to shut down. Stay tender before the Lord. Keep fanning the flame of God in your life. When we allow our hearts to grow cold we’re not able to hear and discern the Lord like we need too. Don’t take the bait of bitterness. In the days to come we will see some of those we have looked to or least except grow cold. It’s important in this hour like never before to keep our eyes on God and not man as more exposure. We must be like the five virgins in Matthew 25, who kept their oil fresh and had enough to sustain them. Don’t let your heart grow cold.
Peace is one of our greatest weapons of warfare
In John 14:1 Jesus said, “Don’t let your heart be troubled.” In the passion translation it says, “Don’t worry and surrender to fear.” Jesus goes onto say, “The peace I give you not as the world gives (John 14:27). In this hour we must learn to lean into and enter the realm of the peace of God. There is a spirit of fear and insanity that has been unleashed, and it’s causing people to loose their minds because they cannot process the intensity of what is going on in the world around peace. The peace and joy of God will be one of your greatest weapons to survive and overcome. The peace of God will keep as we walk through and experience what’s going. Fight hard to keep your peace, guard your peace, and don’t give it away to the enemy.
4. Hope
I want to encourage you in the words of Jesus, “But keep your hope to the end and you will experience life and deliverance. “Yet through it all, this joyful assurance of the realm of heaven’s kingdom will be proclaimed all over the world, providing every nation with a demonstration of the reality of God” (Matthew 24:14 TPT). No matter how dark it gets we always have hope because, of the Hope of Glory that lives in us. This Hope anchors us (Hebrews 6:19) and this Hope does not disappoint (Romans 5:5). Don’t cast away your confidence and hope (Hebrews 10:35). Hold onto hope. This Hope will see us through.
Don’t give into fear. Don’t shrink back. This is the hour for the Bride of Christ to rise and find her voice, and go forth boldly. Take courage Beloved the Lord is with us and the victory over darkness is ours.
